Placing an Order
Orders are placed through the website. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Payment is processed via Stripe, YooKassa, or PayPal.
Prices and Payment
Prices on the website are listed in rubles and dollars. Payment is made in full at the time of order. Prices may change without prior notice; however, orders already placed and paid for are processed at the price at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping is available worldwide. Delivery times depend on the destination country and the current production stage. Customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping are paid by the buyer in accordance with the laws of the receiving country.
Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged item, you must report it within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs of the damage. Returns for other reasons are not available, as each copy is a signed, limited edition artwork.
